Students will experence progressive skills in Gung Fu. Classes include warm up, skills practice, and fun. Instruction includes both group and individual attention as needed. An advanced form of Tai Chi which encompasses blocks, kicks, and self defense moves while concentrating on isolating muscles through an intensive workout. The class is 8 weeks long and meets on both Monday and Wednesday.
