Students will experence progressive skills in Tai Chi. Classes include warm up, skills practice, and fun. Instruction includes both group and individual attention as needed. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese disiplin teaching harmony and inner strength with elements of self defense. The class is 8 weeks long and meets on both Monday and Wednesday.
