This program is designed to help youth learn the proper ways to build muscle, increase endurance, and create healthy habits. Sessions will include stretching, use of weight equipment, and teaching on how to target every major muscle group. This is a great class to teach the fundamentals of training and to create a foundation for young athletes to build on.
