Jay Gupta and Terry Gupta, of RxRelax are healthcare professionals and yoga therapists who love bringing these evidence-based practices to people across the USA. What they share is easy-to-do, effective, and a lot of fun! Upon completion of the seminar, registered attendees receive a FREE DVD to continue the practice at home. *No special clothing or flexibility level is required for the yoga portion.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese disiplin teaching harmony and inner strength with elements of self defense. The class is 8 weeks long and meets on both Monday and Wednesday.

An advacned form of Tai Chi wihich encompasses blocks, kicks, and self defense moves while concentrating on isolating muscles through an intensive workout.
